What is globetrotters box?
Globetrotters box is a fun and creative way for your child to explore the world, one country at a time. Our vision is to inspire children to learn about the world and develop a sense of discovery and adventure in them.
Our characters (Oyo, Zu and Wak) travel around the world exploring a new country every month. They send your child a box of activities, games, puzzles and souvenir to discover that country.

What subscription packages do you offer?
We offer three subscription packages namely 1 month, 3 month and 6 month.

Which are the different country box options available?
Monthly boxes will include countries like Australia, Japan, Egypt, Italy, UK and USA.

What items are included in every box?
We’ve carefully designed and hand selected each of the packages to ensure your child has a fun and educational experience.
Each Box contains a special letter from our Moozoo characters to introduce the child to the country they have visited. Our boxes have multiple art and craft projects, puzzles/games and souvenirs from around the world. The boxes will include all the material and instructions for the projects given.

For what age groups is Globetrotters box appropriate?
The boxes have been designed for 4-12 year old children. Typically, children in the age group of 4-6 years will require some support from parents while the older children would be able to do most of the activities on their own.

Can my child do all the projects of Globetrotters Box independently?
All contents in the Box are child-friendly. 4-6 year old kids might require some support from parents in cutting activities. But mostly kids can do the activities independently.
However we would love to encourage parents to join their child in his/her journey to a new country with Globetrotters Box and enjoy some fun-filled family time.

Can I pause/ skip my Globetrotters box subscription?
Yes. If you see your child going on a vacation, travelling somewhere or busy with exams in the following months, you can raise a request to pause your subscription for a month via email / phone.
The request to pause the subscription must be given at least a week prior to start of the month for which you want to pause. For Example, if you want to pause subscription for May, please inform us latest by 23rd April.

Can I change the address of my Globetrotters box delivery?
Yes, you can change the address of delivery by placing a request via email / phone. You can confirm it with us by dropping an email at contact@globetrottersbox.com.

Can I order Globetrotters box as a gift?
Yes, you can gift a Single Box or Subscriptions to your friends / family. We would love for you to gift a Globetrotters subscription! You can include a personalized gift message that will be included with the first package of your subscription.

What is the cancellation policy?
Currently we do not offer cancellations. Your satisfaction is very important to us and we would like to know if you are not satisfied with our product.. Please email us your feedback at contact@globetrottersbox.com.

Prepaid plans are not refundable but can be transferred to another child.

Is shipping free? Do I have to pay any additional charges?
Shipping is absolutely free for you! You will only need to pay the charges mentioned in the final order confirmation page. All taxes are included in the final price mentioned.


How do you ship the boxes?
We ship using reputed courier companies for major cities & India Post when courier companies do not deliver to your Pin Code.


How Long does it take for my Globetrotters box to reach me?
From the time Globetrotters box is shipped, it take 5-10 working days to be delivered. For members, the box shall reach you within first week of the month.


What should I do if there are parts missing in the crate?

Please reach out to us via phone or e-mail and Customer Service team will help you out! Contact us at contact@globetrottersbox.com.

What should I do if box has been damaged in transit?
Please refuse delivery if the box has been visibly damaged. If the content inside the box is damaged, please reach out to us via phone or email and our Customer Service team will help you out!

What payment methods are accepted?
Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, and online banking.

My Globetrotters Box subscription is about to end. How can I continue it?
If you have purchased a 3 or 6 month subscription package and would like to continue your subscription, please renew the subscription by contacting us through email / phone. 
If you were gifted a subscription, we offer renewal plans that allow you to continue receiving new packages for your subscription. Please email us at: contact@globetrottersbox.com for renewal options.

If I sign up for a single box, do I have to reorder every month?
Yes, If you have bought a single box, and wish to contine the experience with other country kits, simply reach out to us via email / phone. Your kid will continue to receive other country boxes.
